Led an AI-powered full-stack application from architecture through deployment. Integrated AI features across frontend and backend workflows and coordinated technical teams, sprints and delivery milestones.

Managed implementation and customization of a retail point-of-sale system. Coordinated the client, development and QA teams, and handled training, change management and post-launch support planning.

Led design and product management for device interfaces and a companion mobile app. Developed research frameworks, information architecture and Figma prototypes, and managed hardware–software integration milestones.

Managed mobile, web and super admin development tracks simultaneously. Maintained sprint cadence and a risk register, facilitated stakeholder reviews and coordinated delivery across the three platforms.

My work sits where creative thinking meets practical execution. I enjoy untangling complex problems, building thoughtful interfaces and helping teams turn ideas into something useful.
My latest product work includes Love Invoicing and Invoxa, combining AI-powered development with hands-on project management. Alongside that, I build n8n automations for risk analysis and CV screening. My freelance website work includes CS Traders, Stepping Stone Homes and ProActive Outsourcing. I bring the same approach to every engagement: clear requirements, thoughtful design and reliable delivery.
